HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
I will need your email address to start the patient portal account for you. This will allow you to schedule your own appointments as well as communicate with me directly.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH (VIRTUAL) VISITS?
Yes! You are welcome to schedule an appointment specifically for telehealth or virtual visits.
If you need an appointment time that is not listed, please let me know! I will try my best to accommodate!
DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
At this time, Kindle Wellness is not contracting with any insurance companies. Super bills will be provided, however, if you wish to turn in claims for self-reimbursement.
FEES FOR SERVICES
Prices for an initial visit, which is 1 hour, is $150. Follow up visits, which are 30 minutes, are $75. Receipts for personal reimbursement will be provided, if you wish to send in a claim to your insurance company.
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for females is $350, and for males is $750.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy costs start at $110/hr, but can be $55/hr if a package of 40 hrs is purchased.
Lab services vary depending on what labs are needed. Generally speaking, comprehensive labs are less than $200.
